Spring Catering February - May

Full Pies:

1-5 full pies - $30/each

5-10 full pies - $28/each

10-20 full pies - $26/each 

Full pies are 9”. Additional charge of $2/pie to be sliced. All pies will be sliced into 8. Each pie comes boxed individually.

  • Grapefruit Pistachio Pie (GF) - think key lime pie but made with grapefruit. A grapefruit custard baked in our house made gluten free graham crust and topped with vanilla whip, crushed pistachios and grapefruit slices for garnish. 

  • Lemon Meringue Pie - Lemon Custard fills our signature house made flakey, butter crust and is topped with an extra toasty meringue.

  • Raspberry apple pie - Local apples poached in a raspberry white wine sauce are paired with a vanilla pastry cream and baked with a cornmeal crumble on top.

Hand Pies:

1-15 - $6/each

15-30 - $5.50/each

30-75 - $5/each

75-100 - $4.50/each

  • Lemon Curd w/ Black Walnut Cream - house made lemon curd fills this hand pie along with a black walnut pastry cream 

  • Pineapple + Brown Butter Cream Cheese - sweet and tart pineapple pairs beautifully with cream cheese in this popular choice 

COOKIES:

  • Brown butter chocolate chip - toasted pecans, Valrhona dark chocolate and brown butter make a perfect chocolate chip cookie with a crisp edge and chewy middle.

  • Lemon Marshmallow Cookie - a lemon sugar cookie is swirled with our house made vanilla marshmallow fluff to make a delightfully chewy cookie

MISCELLANEOUS:

  • Brown Butter Brownie (must be ordered by the dozen)

  • Chocolate Cake - triple layer chocolate cake with a whipped cocoa cream frosting (whole cake only, 12 slices. 1-$60, 2-4 $55/each, 5 or more $50/each)
