Lemon Meringue Pie
A lovely, tart lemon custard made from fresh lemon juice is baked in our signature all butter crust, low and slow to reach a perfect creamy texture. It is paired with an extra toasted meringue and is like something you’ve never had before. The meringue goes through multiple torchings as it is being whipped. The result is so creamy with a deep toasted flavor and is definitely not too sweet with an incredible depth of flavor.
All pies are 9” and can serve 6-8 people.
Pie Storage:
Fruit pies are best stored at room temperature and eaten within 2 days of purchase. However, they can also be refrigerated for up to 5 days.
Custard pies can be refrigerated for up to 1 week.
Meringue pies are best enjoyed refrigerated within 4 days of purchase.
Pre Order Policy:
All orders need to be placed by 2 pm, 3 days in advance of desired pickup day. Pickups are held at our bakery location Thursday - Saturday from 10-2pm. Early arrival will not guarantee your order will be ready. If an order is placed outside of this parameter, the order will not be honored and you will be notified. Please specify the date you would like to receive your order in the checkout.
