You read that correctly, Carrot Cake Pie! We start with a carrot custard baked in the bottom of our signature all butter crust (think pumpkin pie custard without the spices), then layer it with a super moist house made carrot cake (made with pecans, coconut and dried apricots), top that with a carrot kumquat jam, then top THAT with a cream cheese frosting of course! This magical pie is amazingly balanced and not too sweet. I promise as soon as you try it you’ll love it and it will be the perfect addition to your Easter festivities.

All pies are 9” and can serve 6-8 people.
Pie Storage:
Fruit pies and pot pies are best stored at room temperature and eaten within 2 days of purchase. However, they can also be refrigerated for up to 5 days.
Custard pies can be refrigerated for up to 1 week.
Meringue pies are best enjoyed refrigerated within 4 days of purchase.
